I would like to take a sausage-making class after our Riverboat docks in port for the day. I would love to learn how to make Sausage from the oldest tradition of where it all started, an Old World Traditional Sausage Making Class. If you don’t do any Sausage Classes can you please tell me who to contact so I can make arrangements for when we come into town from the Viking River Boat Cruise on June 16th, 2024. Any help or advice about learning how to make Sausage in Nuremberg would be a highlight of my trip. Please let me know the details, information and cost of the class.

Yes, I think wurst is very German. We loved learning how to make it.

Talin, Yes, come to Germany! LOL…We had been looking for an opportunity to make sausage for a long time, so we were really pleased to find a place only an hour and a half from our house.

I wasn’t expecting the lesson to start with carving the meat off the bone. They really want you to know every step, don’t they. At least, that way your are assured it wasn’t sphincters and snouts like some people claim.
