I came home with two very important things: the love of my life (an American stationed at the Frankfort air force base during the Vietnam War) and the love of all things Schnitzel. It has been 48 years since those days, but both the man and the Schnitzel are still among my favorite things. What a treat to open up this blog and find more Schnitzel recipes to try! I plan to start with the first one and work my way down the list. Thanks for the recipes!
