Cannes Red Carpet 2024: All the Looks

The 77th Cannes Film Festival — an annual event in the south of France that premieres new international films — just finished up on May 25 and brought us over a week of some big red-carpet fashion moments from Bella Hadid, Hunter Schafer, Emma Stone, jury president Greta Gerwig, Anya Taylor-Joy, Naomi Campbell, and Selena Gomez, to name a few. The festival included a buzzy lineup of films, like Emilia Perez, Bird, Yorgos Lanthimos’s Kinds of Kindness, Frances Ford Coppola’s Megalopolis, and the Palme d’Or Winner, Sean Baker’s Anora. While we were eager to see if any celebrities would break the Cannes red-carpet guidelines (yes, you read that right: The prestigious festival has some pretty binary and prestigious rules regarding who can wear what, with women expected to wear long gowns and high heels, and men a jacket and tie), everyone strayed very formal this year.
